Shirish Boralkar is an Indian politician who is affiliated to the Bhartiya Janata Party. He is multi-faceted in his professional life, dabbling in between politics, sports, journalism and entrepreneurship successfully. Personally, he is a jovial man, keen on honestly and openly sharing his views about things and smiling genuinely when he receives a compliment. He has been an active politician since the last three decades, holding different political positions in BJP and making the most of his ability to help people and the nation.
Dreams & Vision

His vision is to increase the rate of employment in Marathwada by generating more and more jobs for the qualified youth. According to him, youth of Marathwada need to get rid of their inferiority complex and never get the opportunities they truly deserve.
He wants to retain talented youth in Marathwada so that the region sees progress by generating jobs. - He strongly believes in the Skill India initiative and advocates the youth to hone skills that can get them employment. According to him, more awareness needs to be created in the youth for them to make the most of their lives.
- As the Head of Marathwada Graduate Constituency Voter Registration Project for BJP, he wants to do as much as he can to contribute to the growth and development of the working as well as unemployed class.
- He wants to highlight the problems faced by professionals like teachers, doctors, lawyers and CAs etc. He wants to help them get the best possible infrastructure and resources so that they can give their absolute best towards making India stronger.
Achievements
- Assisted Shri L.K Advani and Pramod Mahajan for the Suvarna Jayanti Rath Yatra. His work was spread between Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and many more states.
- He was the first person to organize as the Organizing Secretary an International ODI for Women’s Cricket in Marathwada (India vs New Zealand) in 2003-2004.
- He is the winner of Shiv Chhatrapati State Sports Award, the most prestigious award presented to players of Maharashtra for outstanding performance and organization skills.
- He is the recipient of the Marathwada Bhushan Award, the Aurangabad Pearl Award and Jewel of the Industry Award (Udyog Ratna Award).
- He has coached many players in badminton and cricket. Rucha Shinde, one of the players who he coached has won the Shiv Chhatrapati State Sports Award.
- He created the Navratra Mahasangh in Aurangabad which facilitated proper organization of several dandiya and garba across the city.
